Please read full rules below. £5 a month buys you 1 membership number (that we will allocate), which enters you into our monthly draw. Anyone over 18 yrs of age can enter – you do not need to be a Labour party member or to live in Corby & East Northants.

The draw will take place at each CLP meeting. The winner will be contacted via email and a bank transfer made to you. The name of the winner will be announced in one of our regular emails.

The prize money will be 50% of the club takings for that month. The remaining 50% goes to the Corby & East Northants Labour Party and our work to campaign to enable local Labour election successes. The money from this 50/50 Club enables us to print leaflets and deliver online ads for our local and parliamentary candidates campaigns. You can cancel at any time.

The purpose of the 50/50 club is to raise funds for the Corby & East Northants Constituency Labour Party. 

Rules
1. For a cost of £5 per month (i.e. per draw) you will be allocated one number between 1 and the number of persons purchasing a ticket .
2. A draw will be made every month with a single prize. Draws will take place at the regular monthly CLP meetings, scheduled for the last Friday of the month. 
3. The prize will total 50% of the monthly 50/50 Club income.
4. The 50/50 Club is a small society lottery (registered with North Northamptonshire Council, registration number 23/01239/GALOTT) and is open to anyone over the age of 18. You do not need to be a Labour party member, and you do not need to live in the constituency. 
5. Numbers are limited to five per household.
6. Payments must be made by subscription using our payment processor Square using the link below.
7. Member’s numbers will only be entered into the draw if both their 50/50 Club subscription is up to date.
8. A member will be deemed to have left the 50/50 Club if their subscription renewal remains unpaid for a period of one month. If a member misses a payment, we will assume you have cancelled your membership and we may offer your number to someone on the reserve list.
9. The draw shall be made using an online random number generator, to be moderated by a member of the Corby & East Northants Constituency Labour Party Executive.
10. Payment will be made by bank transfer.
11. The surname and numbers for each month’s winners will be circulated within Corby Constituency Labour Party newsletters.
12. The 50/50 Club will be run by Corby & East Northants Constituency Labour Party, Suite 23, Corby Business Centre, Eissman Road, Corby NN17 5ZB. In case of any dispute the decision of the Constituency Executive Committee is final.
13. If a winner does not provide payment details within three months, the winnings will remain in the Corby & East Northants Constituency Labour Party bank account and may be used for campaign purposes or to provide additional prizes in future draws.
14. You will receive an email each month from our payment processor Square. You can cancel at any time by clicking the cancel subscription link in this email, or in any email received from Square regarding your subscription or by emailing treasurer@corby-en-labour.org.uk
